Yewleh Chee is an associate at GBG. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment law.
Yewleh has experience defending employers against claims of wage-and-hour violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She has represented employers in class-action and single-plaintiff cases in both state and federal court proceedings. Yewleh has also counseled employers on a wide range of subjects including wage-and-hour compliance, reductions in force, commission plans, and employee handbooks.
Prior to joining GBG, Yewleh was an associate in the employment law department of Paul Hastings LLP.
