Liliana Kim is an associate in the Los Angeles office. She represents employers in all employment litigation matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Before joining GBG, Liliana practiced labor and employment law at Littler Mendelson. She has experience drafting employee handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Liliana has worked as a research attorney at the California Court of Appeal, drafting appellate decisions in civil, criminal, and juvenile dependency matters. During law school, she was an articles editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. In her previous career, Liliana was an editor in the educational publishing industry in New York and Philadelphia.
