Claire Hoffmann is an associate at GBG. She represents clients in single-plaintiff disputes, employment counseling, and wage-and-hour class actions.
Claire has defended employers against class-action and single-plaintiff claims alleging wage-and-hour violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Claire has experience representing employers in both federal and state court, as well as investigating and responding to administrative charges before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Claire has also counseled employers on subjects including wage-and-hour compliance, workplace privacy, equal employment opportunity policies, and employee handbooks.
Prior to joining GBG, Claire was an associate in the employment law department of Paul Hastings LLP.
